Scopaiolo Toscana Syrah IGT
Syrah is the first international infusion in our production, which otherwise adheres to tradition.
We have chosen Syrah grapes for our sandy vineyard, facing Southeast and Northwest, on our steep slopes where volcanic soil is rich in loam and in texture.
Here we can achieve deeply colored and fruit-forward grapes, which clearly taste of their varietal spicy note. Syrah grapes are vinified in stainless steel, so as to combine their full-bodied taste with a young and intense aroma and a fresh mouthfeel. Like all of our wines, Scopaiolo is made as a varietal wine, in order to display its terroir.
