Trebbiano Raisin Wine Tuscany IGT
From the best Trebbiano and San Colombano bunches, selected under the last summer sun-rays and left drying on racks until December. The hand-pressed and squeezed juice ferments in small chestnut and cherry barrels without any additional yeast, and then ages for 8 years in our Vinsantaia, cradled by the sun’s rays and sea breezes.
The beautiful dark amber color with some reddish reflections reflects clearly the perfume of caramel with an intense and very long aroma of dried fruit, apricots, tamarind and with a dry and aromatic finish that nicely balances sweetness and freshness, with an intriguing savory note.
