“Il Poggetto” apartment is located on the first floor of the Farmhouse Il Poggetto, with entrance from the external stairs and small terrace overlooking the hills of Terricciola.

Designed for small groups who wish to spend a friendly holiday in the middle of the vineyards, surrounded by the countryside nature, or for large families who want to enjoy a few days together, or for those are simply looking for a bit of relax at the end of the day, Il Puggetto offers all silence and warmth of the Tuscan countryside.
The rooms, all with Tuscan terracotta floors and hand-painted ceramics, are decorated in four different colours, one for each of our grapes: green like the Vermentino leaves in July, yellow like the Trebbiano grapes in October, blue, like the Sangiovese skins in September, red, like freshly poured Merlot.
The apartment is equipped with heating, satellite TV, radio and free WIFI and was completely renovated in 2006. Opposite the entrance, a private outdoor space, equipped with tables, chairs with cushions and umbrellas, offer you a relaxing area to fully enjoy the Tuscan sun.
Shared with the other guests of the farmhouse, the outdoor swimming pool (dimensions 10x5m – depth 1.1/2.5m), the laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and ironing board. A masonry oven and barbecues for grilling and a covered parking are also available for all of the guests.
The cost for the sojourn is for 8 adults and includes the weekly change of linen and pool towels, the electricity, water and gas consumption and final cleaning.
