Once upon a time, when the Pitti family lived in the Villa, this was the floor intended for servants.
Nonetheless, the attic floor of the Villa was built with great architectural quality, with terracotta floor tiles and barrel vaults which have been preserved and valorized by the recent renovation.
The attic floor, served by the large central staircase in pietra serena, is located on the second floor of the Villa and is composed of a large entrance hall which overlooks south and the Balze di Volterra, onto which the three bedrooms, the two bathrooms and the large kitchen open.
The attic apartment is therefore composed of an entrance-living room, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen.
On the first floor, there are two other rooms for B&B sojourns.
The owners of Pieve de’ Pitti still live in the Villa today and will be able to tell you the long history of this classic architecture in the Tuscan countryside

The apartment is equipped with heating, satellite TV, and free WIFI connection and was completely renovated in 2001.
The kitchen is provided with cookware, crockery and kitchen linen and equipped with gas hobs, refrigerator and dishwasher.

Shared with the other guests of the Villa, a very large outdoor swimming pool (dimensions 18.5 x 8m – depth 1.5/3.5m open from 1 May to 30 September ), the Honesty Bar by the pool, the uncovered parking.
Price is intended for 6 adults in self-catering and includes the weekly change of linen and pool towels, electricity, water and gas consumption and final cleaning.
The cost of heating is excluded (activation period 15 November – 15 April)
