Winter is coming, red wine is now the main character on your table!
That’s the right time to inaugurate a new event, dedicated to Sangiovese.
We will walk across 3 vineyards, to touch the soil, the stones, the shells, look at the shades of color and the texture of our lands where Sangiovese grows with such different expressions.
Around the table, in the lemon grove, a vertical tasting of 3 Sangiovese, expressions of these 3 soils, to come closer to understanding how earth, yeasts, wine, wind, sun and water are linked in a unique tasting experience.
A technical tasting, to let you discover the unique heritage of the vineyard and its soil, as the physical and chemical properties of the soil influencing the process of grape ripening and wine fermentation, thus significantly impacting the perfume, the palate, the character of the wine.
For the most demanding ones, our old vintages, can be added to the tasting, in order to offer a unique interpretation of Sangiovese in its most mature evolution.
