Spend an afternoon among the scent of fresh tomato, basil and good wine, to learn family confidential Tuscan recipes.
As any traditional Tuscan family, good food and special recipes have been handed down from mother to daughter.
Today, the kitchen is ruled by Ida, to reveal you the secret of the local Tuscan cooking, as egg pasta, our very special soups, mixed fried but, especially, meat and game.
A classic menu, for any daily or special occasion, based on country food but some family tricks will surprise your taste!
You will cook a full 4 courses menu with all the specialities of the Lands of Pisa as fresh virgin olive oil, Traditional unsalted bread, vegetables, local schiaccini beans and the Chianti wine.
The class starts at 4pm and aspiring chefs will be guided through a gastronomic tour among genuine products and home cooking smells, paired with our tasting wines. At the end, you will sample food you cooked during a relaxing dinner in the Lemonhouse, for other guest to join*.
We will provide ingredients and cooking tools to all the aspiring chefs, including a cooking book and a special Pieve de’ Pitti apron.
