WINTER 2023
It has been a tough harvest. Many reasons behind this feeling. Some are very technical, some very personal, some are just a matter of chance or nature, that sometimes are exaclty the same. The aridity, on top of all of that.
We celebrated it as “The Dusty Harvest” with a rock T-Shirt.
By the way. We did it. In a very succesfull way. We’re pretty proud of the grapes and the quality of the wines. We changed some little things in the fermentation process and Sangiovese and Syrah performed very well, more of all of the other grape varieties. Let’s come and visit us

Thats’ the new bottling plan, scheduled in a few weeks. Lucky us, we had quite a cold winter, vines are resting and recovering and wines are naturally cooling down and decanting in the cellar so to spare any mechanical clarification or filtering.

NEWS FROM THE VINEYARDS
A new season has started on Mach 1st and our Winetour and Picnic in the Vineyard experiences are back!
Thanks to who spent a couple of hours (more than…) with me walking in the vineyards, tasting wines, eating delicious food and chatting more and more…..and thanks to the ones who tested the new Picnic in the Vineyard expereince for the very first time!
We received a lot of positive comments about the food, the wines and the box use as a prfect picnic table!
